Our Beginning

The Cove began in 2019 with a simple vision: to bring authentic Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist to Edinburgh's food scene. We wanted to create a place where people could enjoy traditional dishes made with care using quality ingredients.

Our restaurant started small, but word spread quickly. Guests appreciated our fresh approach and the warm atmosphere we created. We've grown since those early days, but we still cook every dish with the same passion.

Our Commitment

What makes us different? We think it's our balance of traditional cooking methods with contemporary touches. That, and our belief that a great meal is about more than just food - it's about creating an experience to remember.

We source only the finest ingredients, with spices imported directly from India and fresh produce from local Scottish farmers. Our dedication to excellence has earned us several Scottish Food Awards,  achievements that inspire us to keep raising the bar with every dish we serve.
